Reliable Quality Control                                            
All of our production control is subject to ISO9001:2008. We control the quality from the raw material to the finished products. We will analyze the component of the raw material with the spectrum analyzing equipment before we start the mass production. For every production process, we have established effective quality control system. As for the finished products, we test the dimension and appearance according to AQL0.65.
As for any products and samples we produced, we hold all the production and sales records in our data system, thus enable us to track all the information for the customer, if necessary.
Delivery in Time            
As for the delivery time, we will calculate it according to the production schedule and customer's request before we make confirmation. If the customer needs the magnets urgently, we would like to try our most to shorten the delivery time. Once we confirm, we will try our best to achieve it strictly.We usually delivery the samples within 10 days after we receive our customer's trial order.
Technology Support                                                    
Our R&D department has very close cooperation with National Institute of Metrology. If our customers do not know which kind of magnets they use, we will give some useful advice according to their application. Our diligent engineers would like to give our customers support on their new design in magnetic field.
